Exciting Experiences in the City of Perth
About the Project
140 is an exciting food and drink precinct located at 140 William Street in the Perth CBD, and situated above the Perth underground railway station. We designed and installed all power and lighting, the integration of lighting and art pieces, and more.
Considerations
The building works required careful integration and understanding of cultural and heritage requirements, including the restoration of heritage buildings, major street frontages and adjoining laneways, and the complex challenges of working within a tenanted building.
The Scope of Works
Working on large inner city projects requires smart, intuitive and designed thinking. We worked with 140 to extend and upgrade the electronic lighting control system, supply and install distribution boards, sub-mains, AS1670 fire detection system, CCTV system, wayfinding signage, and the heritage works on the Globe and Baird buildings.
